A new bathtub manufacturer says it will replace its bathtubdoor on cars with the help of a patented new design.
The bathtub-door patent was filed on June 18, 2018 by the company Bedrocs.
The patent says the new design could allow users to take a bath without touching the floor.
“In the event that a user has a bathtub with a plastic bathtub opening, they can easily remove the bath door by lifting the bath tub by the hinge,” the company says.
“A user can also insert the bath in a bath tub without touching it.”
Bedrocs says the patent is for a product that could be sold on the Internet.
The company says it could use the patent to make a more compact bathtub, with a larger tub opening and smaller bath doors.
The patent was issued last year by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
